These terms are written to be read, not skimmed past. They govern your use of Wiz Scaler at wizscaler.listentechnology.ai ("the Service"), operated by Listen LLC ("we," "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to them.
Wiz Scaler takes an image you upload and produces a larger, print-resolution copy of it using an AI image model, plus colour-matching and checking steps we run ourselves. We provide the interface and the pipeline. We may improve or change how the pipeline works; we won't remove the core recreate function from a paid plan mid-term without notice.
You're responsible for your account, your credentials, and everything produced under them. You must be at least 18, or the age of legal majority where you live, to make a purchase. One person or entity per account. Accounts are shared with MockupWiz, our sister product: the same email and password sign you in to both.
Your artwork stays yours. Uploading an image grants us only the limited licence needed to process it, send it to our AI inference provider for the recreate, hold the result for you to download, and show it back to you. We don't sell your images, share them with third parties for their own purposes, or use them to train AI models.
You confirm you own or have the rights to everything you upload. Don't upload images that infringe someone else's rights, or content that is unlawful. We may remove content and suspend accounts that violate this.
Files produced from your own artwork are yours to use commercially, whether made with free images or paid ones. The output is an AI-assisted reproduction of your input; the rights situation of AI-assisted work varies by country and is yours to assess for your use.
New accounts receive a stated number of free images, once, with no payment details required. The Starter plan bills monthly in advance, includes a stated number of images per billing month, and renews automatically until cancelled; unused monthly images do not roll over. Top-up packs are one-time purchases of a stated number of images that do not expire while your account exists. Images are consumed in this order: monthly allowance, then packs, then free images. An image that fails to process is not consumed. Current numbers and prices are on the pricing section; refunds are governed by the Refund Policy.
You can cancel the Starter plan at any time; it stays active to the end of the paid period, and any pack credits remain on your account afterwards. One set of free images per person or entity.
Each recreate runs on paid third-party hardware, so there is a daily cap on images per account to protect everyone from a runaway script. Don't abuse the Service: no circumventing limits or the free images (for example by creating multiple accounts), no automated hammering of the API, no uploading malware, no using the Service to produce unlawful content, and no reselling access without a written agreement.
The recreate pipeline, its prompts, its colour and drift checks, and related technology are proprietary and remain our property. You may not reverse engineer, scrape, or otherwise attempt to replicate them. Licensing is available under separate written agreement.
We work to keep the Service fast and available, but it depends on third-party AI providers and is provided "as is" and "as available". Output quality varies with the input; we tell you when a copy appears to have drifted, but you are responsible for checking a file before you print or sell it. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including statutory consumer rights in your country of residence.
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that materially violate these terms; where reasonable, we'll warn you first. Sections that by their nature survive (your ownership of your art, our ownership of the pipeline, liability limits) survive termination.
If we make material changes, we'll post the updated terms here with a new date and, for material changes affecting paid plans, notify account holders by email before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date is acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of Germany, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence. Questions: Wiz@ListenTechnology.ai.
